Can not install Newsmag because of Ajax error…?

    Hi!

    The following error message appears when I try to install the Newsmag theme on any of my domains:
    ‘Ajax error. Cannot connect to server, it may be due to a misconfiguration on the server.
    textStatus: error
    td_ajax_request_name: full_demo_media_1
    errorThrown: Internal Server Error’ and the error message goes on…
    I am with Hostgator and I wrote them about the problem. Hostgator ran a log but they didn’t find anything on their side, they say that the theme has errors…
    Any suggestions?
