Can not get to wp-admin panel, ulr is being redirected

I have transferred a site from another hosting server to mine. Changed the wp-config.php.

I am trying to get into https://karenharold.com/wp-admin, but it is redirecting me to https://jen.bluelayermedia.com/login/?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fkarenharold.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

I was having problems with the developer and he blocked me from logging in when it was still on his site. When we transferred everything over and I changed the wp-config file it redirected to the above link. When I told him said for me to clear the cache. When I did and tried to log in again, it then gave me an error connecting to the server.

I went back into the config file and the info I had originally saved in there was different. So I changed it again and now it is once again redirecting me to the above bluelayermedia link.

Not sure what to do. Is there a redirect hidden somewhere? Had the hosting provider search for the redirect, but he couldn’t find it.

I need in! haha. Please help. Thanks!
