Can not get name to show #customer_name

Please, try the following placeholder: #username.

I have tried that doesnt help not it writes out #username

Please, open the User interface tab of the Webba settings page and set the option Timeslot format to ‘Show details and BOOK button’

Let me know if that help.

It did not help. Problem remains. It does not print out name. When i tried with #time it printed out the correct time.

I can not find Maximum booking count per time slot anywhere?

Please, open the Services page and click on the service row. As a result sidebar with the settings appears. You will find this setting there.

Found it. It says: 1.

Got it. The user name placeholders are applicable only for the services with the Maximum booking count per time slot more than 1.

Sounds odd to me. In our case only one person can book each timeslot. How can i show the name of the booking person in that case?

We will add an option to use user name placeholder with the services where Maximum booking count per time slot?equals 1. The release is scheduled on the end of next week.
