Can not get it to work…

I m using the latest version of wordpress and this plugin. I activated the plug in, created a facebook app, entered the app id, secret code and admin id. When I go to my page, there was no facebook comment box. The original wordpress comment box is gone as well. Not sure what I m doing wrong. Please provide some suggestions on what to check.
