Can not get it functioning above 7.3.2

    Hoping someone can help here as this has been an on-going issue (we kept hoping a new version would just work, and it has not) and we’re not sure how to troubleshoot further.

    You can see the way that the directory (and search) is supposed to function on the live site here (version 7.3.2): https://dentagrafix.com/find-a-doctor/

    Compare this to updating to the latest version here on a staging server:
    https://dentagrafixstg.wpengine.com/find-a-doctor/

    We know the map will not function on the staging server, however, this is the exact same way it behaves on the live site when we try to update the plugin past 7.3.2.

    Any help or guidance on what else to troubleshoot and how we can get the latest version installed is appreciated. Thanks

    What we have tried:
    – Changed to default WordPress theme: result is the same
    – Deactivated plugins: result is the same

    Thank you for getting in touch with us! I just checked two websites, staging and live, and see the only problem is the map loading issue. Also, a big jump from version to version can disturb some functionalities. Kindly reach out here https://directorist.com/contact Our dedicated team will resolve the issue after debugging.

    Test Case: Kindly, delete the existing directory plugin and reinstall it again from the server, it might work.

    Hi there – Also, the radius search does not function (could be tied to the overall map not functioning). This has been behaving this way for us since the first version after 7.3.2. We keep trying updating as they come out hoping that it might just work, but so far it has not. I’ll reach out to your support off your website. Thanks
