Can not get form definition

    Today i have installed the plugin to retreive new leads from the website.

    When using the following shortcode the error
    “Can not get form definition” is thrown in frontend.

    
[msdyncrm_form entity="lead" name="Web enquiry" mode="create" captcha="true"]

    Please provide me with some tips. Do i need to make ajustions to Dynamics 365?

    Hi @generalgroup

    you need to have a form called Web enquiry for the lead entity. Do you have one? If yes then, perhaps, look into the permissions of the account you’re connecting to Dynamics 365 with.
