    Hello @howardmil

    Hope all is well!

    Please make sure the Widget is set to Live as it is shown in this screenshot:https://take.ms/MGkxp

    If the widget will not be shown after this, please temporary set to Live “After Content” and see if the embed form will be shown at the end of each post.

    If the widget still will not be shown, please run a quick test for a conflict with another plugin. Deactivate all the other plugins, besides Hustle and see if the widget will be shown.

    If the widget will not be shown with all plugins deactivated, please test for a conflict with a theme, switch to a default theme and see if all is well.

    Let us know how it went!

    Cheers,
    Nastia

    Hey @howardmil,

    Hope you’re well.

    If you activate the email collection module, that needs form elements. If you don’t need email collection module you can disable it from “Email collection module” option like this;

    Is that what you are looking for?
