Can Not Find URL

could you paste in the url that you’re trying so we can check it? Some servers have restrictions on how the PDFs can be viewed and can cause the PDF to fail to render

I’m actually now having a different problem where it says “Loading viewer” and the PDF doesn’t load up.

Seems to work fine when I try – what browser did you test in when you saw the error?

Error Message “I can not find that url. Please make sure the PDF exists.”
Can’t load this PDF. Make sure the PDF exists at the URL you’re loading it from.
