can not find my login page

HI,
I installed this plugin, it creates some default pages but after some time there is an issue on my worpress. I delete your plugin and all default pages.
But after some time when i reinstall and activate it, then it didn’t create the default pages and logout button refers to the previous page and it is not exist and I got an error . can u help me to resolve this issue. Thanks in advance
