Can not find “Manage Photos admin page”

I think you are there already; on the manage photos admin page.

Where is it that you refer to? maybe obsolete naming in the doc?

Problem is I do not find the manage photos admin page where I – potentially – can remove the 3 custom fields, would love to add screenshots but does not work best Jochen

You have to be admin. Select Settings from the menu -> tab Advanced Settings –> Userfields (German version: Fotoalben | Einstellungen | Erweiterte Einstellungen | Benutzerfelder)

To enable the feature:

Fotoalben -> Einstellungen -> Algemeines -> Item 12 Eigene Daten Fotos

To configure the feature:

Fotoalben -> Einstellungen -> Erweiterte Einstellungen -> Benutzerfelder -> II -> Item 0..9

To input/modify the content for a photo:

Fotoalben -> Alben -> Bearbeiten (the album you want to change a photo in) -> Zeige Foto-Details -> Scroll down to the box Eigene Datenfelder

Thank you very much for the breadcrumbs, I checked all of them and they are set as described (I am working also as an admin). When I open the details of one (the first) foto of the new album I see the three user definde fields in a box”Eigene Datenfelder” (own data fields) but there is no button or method to remove them, I have the impression if I define user defined user fields they are automatically active and not removable in all albums!? I am on the latest release of WP and the plugin jfyi

They only show up when they have content. Giving them content is optional

wow, awesone support even on Sunday more than appreciated! they show up automatically when I click “Foto hochladen/upload foto” in both albums. I just would like to have them in the foto upload screen of album 1 and not when uploading to album 2. Maybe that is my misunderstanding or is that feasible? PS Albums are not connected, both are top level separate
