    Hello!

I had an issue on my site (unrelated) which made me deactivate all plugins through FTP. When I finally got the plugins back up and running again, I suddenly got this error message stuck on top of my admin:

“Can NOT find LSCWP path for object cache initialization in /home/wildli17/public_html/wp-content/object-cache.php”

I did a search online, and I tried the solution of deleting object-cache.php (both before and during the disabling of LiteSpeed Cache). It got recreated every time. I also deleted .litespeed_conf.dat as well a few times with object-cache.php, which also got recreated. But the error still persist. I have no clue what to do now. I did also find an advanced-cache.php file as well in the same folder, which I also deleted (through the step by step solution I followed). That never got recreated (and I suspect it might have been a leftover from an earlier caching plugin, and that LSC do not create that file anymore?)

I can only have the error go away very briefly if I turn off object cache in the settings, save, and then turn it on again and save. As soon as I refresh the page, the error is back again.

    Any solution?

EDIT: I just want to add that I also got this error when LiteSpeed Cache was the only active plugin, so no conflict with other plugins.

Never mind. Because of the other issue, my hosting company reset LiteSpeed Cache and the error message disappeared with it. Maybe the two issues were connected.
