can not fetch video or audio from WP posts

    i have installed: “Wonder Gallery Trial Version 12.9” on my WP site

    i did create a gallery foe media (video and audio)

    i did added a category that has posts with videos and audios in “add WP posts”

    than i previewed the play list but unfortunately no video or audio has been detected.
