    Hi,

    I have an issue where it is just impossible to enable and save payment fees. We go to WooCommerce – Settings – Additional Fees, and go to one of our payment methods (lets say PayPal). When I click the tick-box to enable the fees, and then enter the values to use, and click Save at the bottom, nothing happens. The values are all gone, and still no tick-box in the “enable fee”. It is the very same for all of the payment gateways/methods.

    Please get back to me with proposals what can be wrong and how to solve this.

    Hi @svenpeter,

    Regarding the query, I have tried to replicate your issue on our staging site, but I am unable to replicate it. To me, when enabling the fees and entering the values, the Save button is clicked.

    So, to check the issue can you please share the screenshot of the plugin settings which you have kept?

    This will be helpful to assist you in a better way.

    I should perhaps also say, that the plugin and payment options have worked very well until recently (perhaps 2 weeks ago) when this started, i.e. the added fees were not added to the cart, and it was not possible to save the settings.

    Just so you know that it has been working until recently.

    Hi @svenpeter,

    Thank you for sharing the screenshots.

    I have checked the screenshot which you have shared, and found that you are not using the correct version of the plugin. Also, the plugin which you are using is WooCommerce (WooThemes) and not ours. So, can you please check once which plugin are you using?

    Hi Kenil,

    Sorry, I see that now (there are so close name-wise the plugins). I see also, the plugin is old, it might probably help to update it (very strange that Woothemes have not proposed and update to the plugin by automatic…..).
