    Hi There!
I have previously setup shipping in WooCommerce. I have Flat rate shipping and now I want to edit it as I have been able to getting betting shipping cost.

When I go into WooCommerce – Settings – Shipping
It won’t allow me to see any previous setup shipping or add any new shipping.
The shipping is still working on my website so it must be there somewhere.

Also I should note that when I click on Add Shipping Method or Add Shipping Class it doesn’t go anywhere.

    Can anyone help?
    Thanks
    Christie

    Hey there!

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Thanks!

    Hi Hannah,

    Thanks for the quick response.

I have followed your steps and can see the button in Blue “Get system report” however when I click this nothing happens. No report shows up in the box for me to copy. That got me thinking that it might be might the new laptop so I tested it on my phone but it still didn’t work.

Not sure how else to get the report done for you.

    Thanks,
    Christie

    Hey there!

Thanks for explaining what’s happening with that system status report – it sounds like you have a deeper conflict going on on your site.

This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you while you’re logged in to that session without affecting normal visitors to your site. Note that Health Check may not count Storefront as a default theme, so you can also use Twenty Seventeen as well.

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step.5. Reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
