Hi
It would be helpful for you to create a development site that you can use to explore. Meaning turning off all plugins and switching the theme to one of the default themes. If you do this on a development site then it will not disrupt your live site.
For instance I have a few domains I use for testing customer sites. If I have an error I have a hard time figuring out. I would first of all install and activate a backup plugin (I use Duplicator and also have a video tutorial on Youtube how it works) and then take a backup of a site. Then I can select to take the backup to another domain and install the development site. OR I would choose a time of day when there are few visitors and turn off all the plugins and see if the error is still there. If it is then I would change to a default theme such as Twenty Twenty One / Twenty Twenty. It would then rule out any plugin problem or theme problem. If the error is still there after having done all that then there might be a problem you can ask your web host support about.
Btw Another solution. See if there is any error message you are getting and search online for the error and see if anyone has a solution for it. If you are not getting an error message then try and explain the error that best you can.
Such as I am getting an error when I do …. and then…..
Try the various things above here and see how that goes. Then if the problem is still there try and explain in the best you can. Perhaps even add a Loom video https://www.loom.com/
