Can not display homepage 3 blocks

  • I have tried to customize the Homepage to use the 3 blocks in the Experon Business template, but although it displayed correctly a while ago, I’m not sure why it isn’t now. I may have done something inadvertently.

    All 3 content areas are filled in, but I can’t enable it. I can’t select “Enable Pre-Made Homepage”? Any help is appreciated.

    To enable pre made home page, you need to go under Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Options -> Homepage (Featured) -> Enable Pre-Made Homepage (here you can on 3 featured content)

    Hi Manoj-
    I was trying to enable the pre made home page as you described; however, the option to enable it to “On” is greyed out. 

    Homepage (Featured)
Display Pre-Designed Homepage Layout
Enable Pre-Made Homepage switch on to enable pre-designed homepage layout.
On
Off

    Any other ideas? I am using the free version. It did work at one time. I am using Firefox on a Dell Windows 10 laptop.

    It might be a case of plugin conflict.

    Checking for Plugin conflict

    All of our themes have been developed following WordPress best practices and as such plugin conflicts are rare. However, these do happen. To test whether you’re issue is being caused by a conflicting plugin please follow the steps below:

    1-Deactivate all of your plugins.

    2-Now check to see if this has resolved any issues you’re experiencing.

    3-If the issues are resolved please re-activate each plugin 1 at a time. After each activation check whether the problematic feature is still working.

    4-Repeat step 3 until the problem re-occurs. The last plugin activated is the conflicting plugin.

    I have checked and there are no plugins installed to disable.

    Any other ideas?
