can not disable rewrite url

I use default shortlink for my site.
(https://www.domain.com/?p=xxx)but url in ctp-UI rewrite url in to
“https://www.domain.com/?post_type=post_title”I try to change rewrite in ctp-UI optional to False, but in not working.
how to can ctp-UI’ url in to default shortlink?
