Can Not Depublish Pages

    I can send post back to draft, but I can not unpublish pages.

    Once I publish pages, I cannot send them back to draft. I have tried multiple themes and it is back to the default theme. I have turned off all plugins. It started after an update to the latest version of WordPress.

    Anyone else have this problem or have a solution?
