Can not delete/remove old forms.

    I keep hitting delete and they look like they are going to be deleted but when you refresh the page the forms are all still there.

    I am open to going into the back-end of my site but I can’t find any folder with the created forms I made.

    Let me know if anyone has a solution?

    Note: not using cacheing plug-ins.

    I even scrolled down to advanced settings and tick off the option to remove all the Ninja Forms data when you uninstall the plugin and it still left behind all the old messed up forms.

    Not sure why the folks at Ninja forms will not answer support questions on the public www.remarpro.com forum but I have stopped using Ninja forms.

    You guys are welcome to solve this for other users if you care to provide that basic support to the community.

    Hey AyeB0SS,

    Sorry, we didn’t get back to you in time. Typically we handle most of our support through our support system(https://ninjaforms.com/contact/). If you ever decide to give Ninja Forms another shot and experience this issue the first step would be to disable all other plugins except for Ninja Forms and switch to a default WordPress Theme like TwentySeventeen. Then see if you’re still seeing the issue.

    I have the same problem and I maked three times a Call to Ninja Support. But NO answer!
