Can not Create ‘Standard’ Pages

    When the Page Generator plugin is active, I get this error:

    This page isn’t working
    *** is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500

    I also can not edit existing pages.

    Is this a PHP version issue? WordPress and all other plugins are up to date.

    Also, this is a multisite installation. The plugin is not network activated, but activated per site.

    This is not a PHP version issue.

    Without access to the environment or error logs to understand the nature of the 500 server error, it is hard to advise to a solution.
