    Hello @fazlebari

    Thanks for your message.

All our plans including the free tier require an account and credit card to start.

This helps ensure that the software is properly licensed, allows for a seamless billing process, and helps maintain security measures for both us and you.

We understand this can cause some concern, and we want to assure you that you have complete control over when or if we use the card on file. You can manage these settings within your account preferences, which can be found here:?https://optinmonster.com/docs/pageview-and-upgrade-preferences/.

I hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Hi @fazlebari

    My apologies for any misunderstanding.

The OptinMonster WordPress plugin will connect your WordPress site with your OptinMonster account. You’ll need to create an OptinMonster account in order to fully utilize the plugin’s functionality.

To create an OptinMonster account, a credit card is required during registration.

I hope this is helpful, if we can help with anything else just let us know. ??

Yes, I understood that. I don’t have a credit card so I can’t create a OptinMonster?account and can’t use the plugin. Guess I need to find another plugin.

    Anyway thanks for answer.

Hi, i am not able to get my account connected to my blog even though i have created my account already from your website using my debit cards for verification. I am getting the below error.

Something went wrong while attempting to connect. reported error

    Hi @proangel ,

Will you troubleshoot the following possible causes:

    1. Try updating your PHP version. WordPress recommends a minimum of version 7.4.
    2. Check for a possible theme / plugin conflict.
