Can Not completely delete

I installed the plugin and ran it for a bit, but decided to delete it. When I removed it from my sidebar, I deactivated and deleted the plugin. Now, my page still has:
Quick Chat
“Powered by Quick Chat”and I do not see where to erasse that from my page. I have refreshed the site many times.
