• Like most other reviewers, I had setup issues and ultimately gave up. I kept getting a “there was an error loading Jetpack info” error. I don’t use jetpack and the instructions don’t mention anything about needing it as far as I can tell.

    I understand that you faced an issue with your setup – you didn’t use Jetpack and you were getting an error about Jetpack info not loading.

    Please note that you need to connect your site to WordPress.com when setting up. You can use the Jetpack plugin to facilitate this connection when setting up a www.remarpro.com site.

    Once you have connected Jetpack and signed into a WordPress.com account, please go through the Google Listings & Ads setup again and create a new thread if you run into any challenges.

    In the onboarding process is maybe also an error if you select more than one country at once. In my case step 3 when whitescreen with no error message shown.

    I understand that you are experiencing a white screen when trying to complete the setup of Google Listings & Ads.

    The error you are seeing seems to be related to the conflict that may be caused by a theme or the plugin on your site. Before going through full conflict testing we’d like to get some more information on any error that may be related to the Google Listings & Ads.

    The logs should be under: WooCommerce > Status > Logs and their should be something in the pulldown menu related to Google listing & Ads.

    Please feel free to reply to this message with information from the logs so we can take a look at the specific error.

    If the logs don’t list anything specific for this extension I would recommend going through the conflict testing procedures that are outlined here:

    i had submitted the issue to WooCommerce.

    the solution i found was only to select one country and not for example whole europe.
    it’s a little bit confusing with the white screen.
