Can not close the popup on mobile

    Hi, I’ve a “quick quote” floating button there on all pages.

    On desktop is fine, but when I access via phone, I can’t close the popup.

    I’ve tried to turn on “Dedicated close button on the widget box”, but it don’t work too. The Popup just don’t fade in and out as expected. Everytime on the phone, when I click the popup it display directly without fade, that surely that time I can’t close the popup.

    Can some one help please?

    Hi @phatkim,

    I tried the website on my personal android mobiel phone and using the chrome emulator. On both the devices, I was able to close the popup with the “close” button.

    Can you please share more details on which device, browse you are trying?

    Is this seen on any particular page or every page?
