Those are not inserted by the USM plugin.

i mean your plugin.

do you use a adblocker or popup blocker?
because after 6 seconds you must see a popup with intergrated shortcode from your plugin.

The plugin is conflicting with your theme most likely.

Maybe you can use the pop-up integrated into the USM plugin instead? Does that work?
