  • Hi

Don’t worry if you are a newbie! You will learn a lot with WordPress and it’s easy to learn and understand WordPress.

    Please tell me that,
    1. You have used customizer or not? for customizing the website.
    2. What theme you have used for your website ?

I hope you have some problems but after sharing these details I will help you recover from these problems.

Thank you very much that you want to help me.
Youre wright that is used the customizer. The theme is Twenty Ten

Please change the theme Twenty Ten and use an responsive theme.

Here is a link about selecting and using theme:

    Using Themes

After installing a good theme, use customizer to edit header, adding logo for your website and much more.

I hope your query is solved.
