So I was going along just fine until I was stopped by the white text in my form fields. I found that it was the theme color, so I changed it to a darker color. Now, I have tried to change the white text in the Normal Header to black, but it is not happening. I also have pale pink links when the global links are #6C265E and #94057D.

I would really like to change this, and it would be nice if the Icons were a different color. I thought I had that fixed, but alas, it went back to default.

    Hello newageemporium,

Thank you for contacting Woo support.

It sounds like this issue is likely related to your theme settings rather than WooCommerce.
However, I’d be happy to guide you in the right direction!

Could you please share screenshots of your header, along with the steps you’ve taken so far to change the text and icon colors? This will help me understand where the issue might be occurring and offer more specific guidance.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best regards.

So I have green text I want something dark. I don’t know what I did to make it green before it was white. I don’t know how to insert the image I suppose you all want me to have an image account like Tumbler or Tinypics but I don’t.

I have to say I really hate this blasted WordPress WooCommerce,. Why do I have to use the plugins and why do I have to buy the ones that will actually make my store work? I wanted a WYSIWYG editor and this is not one.

    Hey, @newageemporium!

So I have green text I want something dark. I don’t know what I did to make it green before it was white. I don’t know how to insert the image I suppose you all want me to have an image account like Tumbler or Tinypics but I don’t.

I recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic, you don’t need an account there ??

If you go to the appearance tab, do you see the customize option or the editor option?
The reason I’m asking is because it is always better to use the default settings of the theme or plugins if they are available and only use CSS/custom code if needed.

I have to say I really hate this blasted WordPress WooCommerce,. Why do I have to use the plugins and why do I have to buy the ones that will actually make my store work?

WooCommerce itself is a powerful, flexible platform that provides all the essential features to create an online store. However, since every store has different needs, plugins are available to extend the core functionality—whether it’s for adding payment gateways, improving shipping options, enhancing marketing tools, or optimizing store performance.

Some of these plugins are free, while others are premium (paid), and that’s typically because premium plugins often come with more advanced features, dedicated support, and regular updates. The developers invest time and resources into building and maintaining them, which is why there’s often a cost associated with them.

The goal is to give you the flexibility to build exactly the store you want, with only the features that are necessary for your specific business.

I hope this helps clarify things a bit. If you need recommendations on essential plugins or have any other questions, feel free to ask! We’re here to support you.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!
