can not change the gallery author

@ktb-schoko – The gallery author is tied to the logged in user who uploaded the gallery. There is no way to currently modify those details.

Used to be able to assign authors to gallerys! Just updated the NexGen plugin and now I cant! Essential feature for the way I use this plugin so please add it back in!

@bruce-1980 – Which version are you referring to where you could “assign authors”?

This is not resolved. Until I updated to the most recent version of NextGen I was able to update the author for galleries, and I cannot do it now. Bumping this topic for solution!

The last version which allowed author to be changed was 2.0.33

How do I request this feature be added back, it’s important for how I use the plugin and the website for my client.
