Can not change logo as WP admin

  • We will help some companies to edit there details. But as admin we can not add a company logo. The other fields like “company name” and “email” are available.

    Hi @jvdhelder,

    Site admin can change company image and name in WordPress admin panel > Companies > All companies > Edit > Featured image and name.

    Thanks! Good to know that the Featured image is the company logo. I did not know. But the company logo’s are saved somewhere else, so through the media library they are not available. How can we make it availible within the media library?

    By default company feature image are configured from WordPress media library.

    Yes, I know. But if you upload the company logo via the dashboard, it is saved somewhere else and not visible in de media library.
