I had a lot of trouble finding the css that works.

I found :
#site-header #site-logo {
text-align: center!important;
width: 100%!important;
}
#site-logo #site-logo-inner {
display: block!important;
height: auto!important;
}

I hope that the next update of the theme will make it easier to center the logo, it is a basic and essential option.
