Can not add tracking number with strip like a 123-456-789

you can see my screnshot, I can not save tracking if using “-“, have a red color.

Hi, we added validation for special characters when you add tracking to orders, we can remove the “-” validation in the next release of the plugin, can you mention which shipping provider are you using that has “-” (dash) in the tracking number?

we will allow the option for “-” in the tracking numbers in the next release of the plugin (Tomorrow or Wednesday)

we also added Lion Parcel to AST supported shipping providers, you can now use it instead of the custom providers you use.
To sync your shipping providers list, go to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers and on the top-right dropdown menu, click on Sync Providers. more about Sync providers on our documentation – https://www.zorem.com/docs/woocommerce-advanced-shipment-tracking/setting-shipping-providers/#sync-providers-list

I has been change my custom lion parcel to your Lion Parcel added to AST supported shipping providers. and I has been follow your instruction to sync. But still same. I can not save tracking if using “-“, have a red color.

We just released the latest version of AST and removed validation for “-” from adding a tracking number. So now you can add tracking number using “-“.

I has been try to upload tracking on menu Shipment Tracking Bulk Upload.
But not working. I see same case, show notification like this: failed – Special character not allowd in tracking number

Oh, yes ?? we changed it for the manual option, we will remove the dash validation from CSV and API as well. we are working on a few issues, in a few days, we will release a minor update with this fix.

We have this same issue when we try to add tracking number to our custom shipping providers. Before latest updates we were able to add “-” (dash) to the tracking number, but now we can’t add it. It will be fixed too?
