• Hello!

I had my website on my mentor’s server and later we transferred it to my Namecheap hosting, so now it was transferred to me. Also, at the same time, my internet provider changed to fiber internet and problems started to occur.

I do not know is it just a coincidence or if it has a connection to this issue. Basically, when I am logged in back-office I started to add my new blog post, when I press safe draft it does not save anything and shows a black window with the message – Server Error 403. What to do?

    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

It could be the file permissions were not properly set when the site was migrated. Verify via FTP or your hosting account’s file manager. File permissions are typically 644, but 664 could be required in some cases.

If permissions are correct, the other likely culprit is modSecurity running on the server. You’ll need your host to update its configuration for you to allow legitimate WP requests.
