Can not add multiple fields to form

  • Hello,

    My client wants to have multiple fields to registration form. I downloaded plugin Simplr Registration Form Plus+ 2.2.3 for WP 3.5 version.

    But problem is that when I go to add second field in form previous one gets deleted automatically. Please let me know whether this plugin allows to add multiple form fields or not?

    Yes it does allow multiple fields but all the form is doing is inserting the shortcode … so it has no way of no way of knowing what fields you inserted the first time. So you essentially have to start over every time you click the popup icon.

    However, you can just add them manually to the shortcode [register fields="first_name,last_name"]
