Can not add images and save the pge

  • I trying to add images to the page but the image not shown on the page, when I
    click “done” and save the page I getting page saying something about test page for apache, and I can not anything except clearing the active logins and clear the cookies, close the browser and start again.
    I check the error_log file and it said something about

    What I can do?
    It is the plug or something else?

    I think it was problem with the hosting, it use too sensitive firewall that make too much false positive, I had to shut down the rules make the problem
