Can not ad new pages

  • Hi,
    When I try to create a new page in my WordPress site I get an error message as this “Publishing failed. Error message: The response is not a valid JSON response.”
    I have no image uploaded and its has nothing to do with image only adding new pages.
    Is someone having the same issues? And found a solution for that maybe.

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Twenty theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

    If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    Hi, Thanks the help.
    I will try that and see what happens.

    But about the plugins is that I have not installed no one’s yet.

    This problem was already there when I had created the site.

    That I have done is installed WordPress and then deactived the plugins who was there already except for the security I guess. Then I tried to add a page but got this error message.
