Can not activate postie

    When I try to activate Postie this is the message I receive:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare cp1252_to_utf8() (previously declared in /home/********/public_html/wp/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-flash-uploader/tfu/tfu_helper.php:1222) in /home/********/public_html/wp/wp-content/plugins/postie/postie-functions.php on line 1162
