Can NOT activate Plugin on new site

    Hey there! I’m new to WP and probably just missing something obvious, but I’ve spent a good hour+ googling for answers and failing to find anything. I’ve been trying to activate this plugin and can’t seem to do so. I’ve disabled all other plugins, and I’m using a default template (2023). Every single time I attempt to click the “activate” button, it just brings me to a “Welcome to WordPress 6.1.1” page. I don’t have the problem with activating any other plugins. What am I missing?

    I’m sorry to hear about the issue you are facing here. I haven’t been able to replicate this issue on my end on a new local site with the twenty-twenty three theme active.

    This sounds like a redirect or incompatibility issue, however, with all plugins deactivated, it is difficult to assume why this is happening on your specific site. I recommend reaching out to a local WordPress developer to assist you with this further.
