Can not Activate plugin offline

  • I have downloaded several good plugin from www.remarpro.com
    Unzipped folders and placed in /wp-content/plugins/
    Can see plugin in WordPress (offline) but when I try to activate it says “webbrowser not in active mode”

    Internet is also offline, does those plugins need Internet to get acivated ?

    Or is plugins not designed to work in Offline mode with Wamp ?

    Running wordpress 4.8.2 Offline with Wamp.

    What you want to implement that totally depends on the plugin. Means if plugin functionalities are able to work in offline then it’s activated otherwise not.
    Can you please tell me which plugins you are trying to install on WordPress?

    Cant activate following Plugins Offline “localhost” with Wamp and Firefox:
    Drop Shadow Boxes
    Elementor
    Image Widget
    Ninja Forms
    Page Builder by SiteOrigin
    SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle
    Redux Framework
    Save Contact Form 7
    TinyMCE Advanced

    Seems good advice to test WordPress things before go public but if it do not work offline, not easy to test it
