  • Hi @dt123,

Thank you very much for upgrading to Extended version and I hope you’ll love it. Please deactivate Widget Options first before activating the premium version. Thanks!

Thank for the quick response. Do I have to have both the upgrade and the extension running? I have them both activated now, but see no difference having the free version running also.

    Hi,

You need to deactivate Widget Options and activate Extended Widget Options to get the full features. Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Hi, I have the extention activated and running with the widget option plugin deactivate. Can I delete the widget option plugin now?

Also I am noticing a couple additional issues. The plugin is causing problems will all of my browsers, seeming to take 5 – 10 seconds to refreshing self if changes made or sitting idle. I looked and am getting the following on FireFox.

js errors on fire fox and is unusable – /wp-admin/widgets.php was not loaded because its MIME type is “text/html”, is not “text/css”

Not sure anyone else is experiencing this but have verified the slow behaviors on different computers and browsers.

Is the something else i should be checking?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Yes you can delete the free version now. Regarding your concern, can you it will take time to load on the first time but will load faster when the transients were set. I haven’t had the same issue with firefox, can you send more info and open support ticket here : https://phpbits.net/contact/ and will be very happy to assist you. Thanks!

    Cheers,
