    Hi there,

    Site Kit is running on both of my sites: marcobutz.de and blog.marcobutz.de

    For some reason, I cannot activate “groups”. There is an error coming up.

    On my my blog-site blog.marcobutz.de I activated the groups and I like it. Where is my failure?

    1. Your Site Health information (for marcobutz.de). You can use this form to share privately if preferred.??
    2. What is the error message you’re encountering when trying to enable visitor groups?
    3. Do you see any warnings or errors when checking your Site Health status? (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health information requested above? Such errors may include REST endpoint references.

    Thanks for sharing the additional information @marcobutz. From reviewing your Site Health information, and inspecting your site, I don’t see any obvious cause of such errors occurring. I did notice some custom dimensions not were created, which may be related to the issue. I can see only one custom dimension created (analytics_4_available_custom_dimensions: googlesitekit_post_date). So we can inspect this further and provide the most suifficient troubleshoot steps, please share a response to the other questions asked so we know more on the error you’re encountering, as there can be different errors that appear:

    1. What is the error message you’re encountering when trying to enable visitor groups?
    2. Do you see any warnings or errors when checking your Site Health status? (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health information requested above? Such errors may include REST endpoint references.
