can not access wp-admin but can access wp-admin/plugins

    Hi,

    strange behavior of my wp installation

    I can not access direct the

    /wp-admin/
    (you have no rights)

    but can access normal all parts of the admin once i go for example to
    /wp-admin/plugins.php?

    only thing is i can not edit my own administrator account (you have no rights)

    Anyone have an idea what that can be?
