I have had issues past few days with WordPress and host (network solutions). My site was down due to NS end. Due to domain name not have servers configured to it at the moment. The problem has been dissolved on NS end but now I am unable to login to my account, says there is no account with my username or email. I believe I need to update to new version but how can I if WordPress has locked me out and I can’t even reset my password. I am thinking because of the issue I had with NS might take time for WordPress to reboot and allow me to gain access back. Please help if you may know what this means! Thank you.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Seems to be working here and the DNS records look okay except there are two dissimilar ‘A’ records… Is that by choice?

I am unsure what ‘a’records are. How did you see that is looked good on your end? What can I do on my end to fix/ get access back in?

Click the link you provided above.

If that doesn’t work then hit the refresh button on your web browser!!!

If that still won’t work then call your webhost and talk with them… you can ask them about the second host IP (that second ‘A’ record) while speaking with them.

2.From Cpanel open PHPMyAdmin the after opening select the database.
    3. After selecting goto -> options in the database and check what is the email id which you have given.
