can not access website or wordpress dashboard

    just tried to update through the dashboard and i received error trying to login to my website. “there has been a critical error to your site” or “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” not sure how to access the plugins through FTP to change the file names method. any suggestions

    I do not currently see the error when I go to the page. If it still occurs, you can find the cause in the error log of your hosting. Where you can find the error log can tell you the support of your hosting.

    i can access my website from my phone but not through laptop. i can not access the admin page at all. gamerovergr.com/wp/wp-admin

    For me the access to the login works. If it doesn’t work for you on one device, it indicates a DNS problem on the domain or a setting on the hosting. The support of your hosting should be able to help.
