Can not access website

  • none of our administrators can access our website as it states it is unsecure or The requested URL /wp-admin/index.php was not found on this server. NEED HELP, have emailed wordpress but no reply. This is a non profit site for Air Cadets and they need access to the info. so please help asap

  • Your site is loading fine on non-ssl, just the wp-admin is an issue as it redirects to ssl

    Using FTP, add this to the wp-config file:

    
define('WP_HOME','https://395squadron.ca');
define('WP_SITEURL','https://395squadron.ca');

    While in FTP, check if the folder wp-admin exists and that it has the correct permissions.

    Test and let us know if this helped.

    None of our admins can log into the WP admin panel so how do we change anything? I am so tired of emailing and getting no response or help from WP.
