Can not access the wp-admin after installing wordpress

  • Helo. I can not access the wp-admin part. I bought the domain from hostgator yesterday, hosted it there. My url which is angazajamii.com cannot be formed. I have tried it for several hours and cannot succeed. How can i remedy the situation?

  • Start by checking with Hostgator to make sure your domain and hosting purchases went through and everything was properly set up.

    Hostgator says the domain is available.

    I have checked and it is available. How can that be and i received an email saying that i had successfully purchased the domain and hosting, and what should i do?

    Sounds like an issue with the registrar rather than with WordPress. It’s possible that you made a typo in the domain during registration or there’s some link in the email that you need to click to finalize the purchase. Either way, only Hostgator will be able to resolve it.

    Yeah, I contacted hostgator and said that the account has not been verified, however it will be verified in 24-48hrs
