Can not access survey parts

  • First, I want to appreciate for this great survey plugin.
    Second, today I cant click on single results in order to get results.
    I can see how many respondents participate but when “single results” or “view” are not clickable.
    I use wp survey 2.14

    By the way, other parts of a survey such as section, question and etc are unreachable but “delete”.

    Please help me how to fix this issue.
