The plugin installation was perfect. I can see it in the control panel, with 2 option available: general and skins. However, none of the options displays anything when selected.

WordPress is installed behind a proxy. I guess wordpress is properly configured since the plugin was installed.

    Hi cacanal,
Does the console say anything? it seems to be a JavaScript issue.

The console says nothing. Is there any log to check?

No, there is no log unfortunately.
Is it possible for me to log in and check it?

Sorry. It’s not possible to log in from outside our intranet.

Can you tell me your PHP version, WordPress version, and any plugins/themes you are using?

    (@dacanal)

    WordPress 4.1.1
    PHP 5.3.3
No plugin installed, except “Mivhak Syntax Highlighter”
Theme “Twenty fifteen” (it comes along with WordPress)

PS – I have not set wp-config.php with proxy settings because wordpress stopped working (plugin search, for example, and other functions). I doubled checked what I had set to be sure nothing was typed wrong, even though I removed proxy settings in wp-config.php to get wordpress working again.

    Mivhak requires PHP version 5.4.3

The strange thing is, the plugin installation should not have been completed. You should have seen a message asking you to upgrade your PHP version.

Try upgrading your PHP version, and I will look into why no message was printed.

I figured out why you were not seeing an error message. This bug is fixed now.
Just upgrade your PHP version to at least 5.4.3 and download Mivhak Syntax Highlighter v1.1.1 and everything should work fine.

    Bingo!
    You did figure it out!
Thank you very much. This plugin is great!
