can not access site

Hi, im new to word press and I changed my theme to Spartan yesturday. However today when I tried to login to edit the site, there is no longer a login button and both
https://www.domain.com/wp-admin/
https://www.domain.com/wp-login.php
do not allow me to login as it replies “The requested URL /wp-admin/ was not found on this server” and “no input file specified” respectively.
can anyone help out? Thanks in advance
