    Hi metromarketing,

There could be a few things that could impact the search functionality, first start with trying the shortcode on a test page using the default editor with no Page builder or visual editors enabled for that page and see if that makes a difference?
Another thing you could try is to disable all the plugins and momentarily switch to a default WordPress theme to see if it works then. If it does, then that means a plugin or theme is causing conflicts, to find out the conflicting plugin you could enable the plugins one by one until you hit the issue.
Also, make sure you don’t have any commas or periods in the price value of the products as this could cause conflict with the price slider and can break the filtering functionality.

Unfortunately, neither suggestion worked. Any other suggestions? No matter which filter I try to use, I still get the blank page after the updating results page. This is a recent problem as the catalog has worked fine for the past two years.

    Hi metromarketing,

You mentioned that the catalogue worked before, so we had a few more follow up questions:

    1) Have you installed / updated any plugins recently?

    2) What version of Product Catalogue do you have installed?

    3) Have you added any new products recently? If so, which one(s)?

    1. I’d estimate we have updated around 50 plugins since the catalog last worked.
    2. Version 4.4.6.
    3. We have not added any new products.

    Hi metro,

I noticed that you have three empty custom fields in your sidebar (i.e. no products have values for those fields). They are: Screen Resolution, Max Supported Screen Size and Brigtness Rating (Lumens).

Since the Brightness Rating one has the slider control type with no values, it will definitely prevent the querying/filtering from working correctly because it will return no results. If you are going to set a custom field to slider control type, then you need to provide a value for that field for every product.

If you remove the empty custom fields, or provide values, your filtering should start to work again.

I have same issue. but still dont understand how to fix it.

    Can you help me?

    Hi @aramor

We went to the link you posted but got a “НИЧЕГО НЕ НАЙДЕНО” (“Nothing Found”) message. Did you move your catalog to another page?

I made it private. Now it is open, sorry

    Hi @aramor

When we try using the Price slider, some elements seem to disappear, so there might be a conflict there. As a test, could you try disabling price slider briefly?

To do this, go to “Options”->”Basic”, then scroll down and disable the “Allow Price Filtering” option.

All elements disappear when you use checkbox too. And never return. Only refresh page.
At this page i use standart theme

It looks like your issue is with the search field. You’ll see that, if you type something into the search (try just “a” for example), then all the category sorting works correctly. This often happens because you are either using a language plugin that is altering the placeholder text in the search bar, or because you have your language set to something else in your WordPress General settings. You can double check these. Alternatively, if you’re using the premium version, an easy thing to do would be to just enter something in the “Search Placeholder Label” in the “Labelling” area of the “Options” tab. Alternatively, you could just remove the search feature.
