Can No Longer View List of Forms

  • Hi,

    All of a sudden I have lost the ability to see a list of contact forms. I have one form which is working, then I click Add New, create the new form and save.

    I then click on Contact >> Contact Forms and I am taken directly to my first form. The second form exists as I can see it in the database, but I have no way of getting to it through the WP admin.

    Any ideas why this happens? I have disabled all other addons and it still doesn’t work.
